Repair Warranty

At Mobile Lab, we understand that your device is more than just a piece of technology. It's your lifeline to the world, and when it breaks, it can feel like the end of the world. That's why we offer different types of warranties for different types of repairs: because our customers deserve to know that their devices will be fixed with care and precision.

When you take your device to us for repair, you're also signing up for peace of mind. We want you to come back again and again so that we can help you keep connected with your loved ones while saving money on costly repairs.

We know how important it is to have a reliable connection when you need it most, so if anything happens while using our repair service, we'll cover it under our warranty. Our warranty covers the original part replaced and any re-occurrence of the problem during its lifetime. This does not include damage from dropping or spilling liquids.

How Long Is My Repair Warranty?
Phone Screen Replacements:
  • iPhone Aftermarket Basic: 6 Months
  • iPhone Aftermarket Standard: 12 Months
  • iPhone Aftermarket Premium: Lifetime
  • iPhone Apple Genuine: 3 Months
  • All other Manufactures: 12 Months
    Phone Small Parts: Lifetime
    Tablet, PC & Laptop Repairs: 12 Months
    Board & Water Damage Repairs: 1 Month

    Refurbished Device Warranty

    All refurbished devices sold by Mobile Lab come with a comprehensive 24-month warranty. If a product is found to be faulty or defective within 45 days of purchase we will offer a replacement or a full refund of the purchase price less any postage costs. Any time after this we will offer a replacement or repair.

    Our warranty on refurbished devices will only cover manufacturer faults and does NOT cover any of the following:

    • Liquid damage
    • Accidental damage
    • Damage caused by dropping the product or intentional mistreatment
    • Damage caused by attempting to repair or adapt the device by yourself or a third party including jailbreaking and unlocking.
    • Improper use of accessories
    • Faults or damage that may arise due to normal wear and tear – e.g scratches to the touchscreen
    • Battery life – We set our acceptable minimum battery health percentage to be 85% of the original manufacturer's capacity (at the time of purchase)
