Mobile lab provides different types of warranty depending on what type of repair or product it is.

The manufacturers warranty will be void after we have carried out the repair.

To avoid this you must take your device to the manufacturer.

The warranty is linked to a specific device identified by its IMEI and customers identification by records on our system.

This warranty cover is for any re-occurrence of the original fault and the part repaired/replaced only however if additional Faults arise They Wont Be Covered Under The Terms Of This Warranty. Furthermore warranty will not cover any accidental damage nor will the cover extend should the device change ownership.

Refurbished / 2nd Hand Devices

All refurbished and 2nd hand devices are valid for return and refund within the 30 days of purchase. After this 30 days you are only eligible for repair or replacement for faults not caused by accidental damage. The repair or replace policy is only valid for 6 months after purchase.
